Ooo there's nothing like a footballer and his WAG when it comes to chav-tastic weddings!

Of course they're not all off the tacky-tastic scale - some are pretty classy affairs.

We've put together a photo special of our top ten WAG weddings - with millions of pounds being spent between them.

4. Steven Gerrard and Alex Curran, pictured above on their honeymoon in the Caribbean, splashed out £750,000 in 2007 to tie the knot at the superposh Cliveden House in Berkshire.

Liverpool's Gerrard forked out £60,000 for his bird's diamond-encrusted wedding gown.

5. It was like being in Neville-land for Gary Neville and Emma Hadfield £1 million nuptials.

The day started with guests drinking vintage Cristal champagne at £205 a pop. It ended with a 15-minute flypast for the lovely Emma.

6. £1 million bought this John Terry and Toni Poole, pictured above at Joe Cole's wedding yesterday, a swanky bash at the Blenheim Palace in Woodstock, Oxfordshire in 2007.

But it apparently didn't buy taste as they opted for pink Cadillac seats and purple carpets under the marquee for the reception.

But United's Carrick was still kept warming the bench for 45 minutes as he waited for the bride - in Christian Lacroix gown with a white veil and a 10ft chiffon train - to arrive.

Michael Chopra and Heather Swan's wedding lasted under a month

8. Michael Chopra and Heather Swan picked Friday the 13th, 2008, for their £250,000 wedding and lived to regret it.

Model Heather kicked striker Michael - who is on loan from Sunderland to Cardiff, out of their home less than a month after they were hitched.

10. Spanish Liverpool striker Fernando Torres and missus Ollala Dominguez kept it mucho-inexpensive when he married sweetheart Ollala in a town hall.

The couple, pictured above during the 2006 World Cup, had just two guests at the nuptials just north of Madrid, where they grew up, earlier this year.
